In addition to these workshops, RFS are now accepting applications for two further free programmes offering additional support:
1. Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme
This 6-week virtual programme is available to spouses of serving personnel, veterans, and reserves. It covers a range of topics, including:Managing isolation and anxiety
Communication strategies
Building support networks
2. Foreign & Commonwealth Programme
This programme provides support to the Foreign and Commonwealth community, helping individuals convert their home nation qualifications to their UK equivalents, alongside tailored employment support.
